Currently marketing opening of senior distressed debt residential and commercial Swedish portfolio valued at SEK 2.5 billion where the owner is seeking mezzanine loans to take out senior debt at a discount as well as €130 million German hotel refinancing opening. We are marketing German hotel portfolio which consists of predominantly 3*, 4* and 5* city hotel assets with long term leases located in mid and top seven German cities with combined value of € 500 million and blended yield in 6% to 7% range.

Our up to date marketing properties in Paris are in the CBD, established office markets of Paris region plus top five cities of Ille de France let to AAA tenants under medium and long term leases. Our latest assingmets were in Rueil Malmaison and western cresent of Paris.
